First Navajo plied yarn!

I finished spinning the fiber I got for my birthday! Here is a picture of it before I plied it:

I'm still a novice at that type of plying so there are a few crazy spots, but I'm still pretty happy with the yarn. Practice makes perfect! And the most amazing part is that when I finished plying it, it hung in a perfectly open loop. That never happened before I took the plying class. I used to have to put weights on the fiber when it was drying to show that yarn who was boss. This is so much better!
